Slag Glass Lamps

I am interested in finding out more about pricing metal overlay slag glass lamps from the arts and crafts period. I am also interested in locating a supplier of replacement slag glass. I have a lamp shade I am interested in selling. I know Miller and Bradley and Hubbard were manufactures of these lamps. An info would be appreciated and information exchange given.
